Since 1998 HWN titan GmbH has been providing small, medium-sized and large enterprises nationally and internationally with semi-finished products made from special working materials. Among others, you can purchase Titanium plates from us and have them cut custom-fit to your requirements by our service center. In addition, as warehouse keepers we can offer you an abundance of additional semi-finished products made from Titanium, Zirconium and others.
We offer Titanium plates manufactured from grade 1, grade 2, grade 4, grade 5, grade 5 Eli, grade 7 or grade 12. We will deliver these in custom-fit dimensions to the location desired.
Depending on the intended use plates will be needed in different thicknesses. Therefore our service center offers you Titanium plates from 6 mm thickness up to 100 mm thickness for hot-rolled plates with surfaces varying from pickled, annealed or bright annealed to sanded and blasted – depending on the intended use.
Depending on the respective application and market requirements the material is certified with various specifications. Ranging from ASTM B265, DIN 17860, VD TÜV sheet 230-1, ASTM F67, ASTM F136, AMS 4911 up to ABS 5125, our plates have various specifications and in many cases hold multiple certifications.
Our team will customize your Titanium plates after your requirements, homologate specifications and initiate the upgrade of your Titanium semi finished products for the respective application with various certifying institutions like TÜV Rheinland or DNV among others.
